Open enrollment is just around the corner and I wanted to let you know about some important changes. Please read this email in its entirety as it includes helpful information about this year’s Open Enrollment Process. To receive text messages updates and reminders text “Moorhead” to 75664!
This year we are partnering with an Employee Benefits Communication and Enrollment Firm, The Grove Agency, to provide individualized one-on-one benefits counseling sessions to all employees! Open Enrollment dates have been scheduled for NOVEMBER 7TH through NOVEMBER 18TH.
What to expect during this Enrollment Cycle
The Grove Agency specializes in benefits education and enrollment support and will be providing us with an enhanced enrollment experience this year. You’ll receive a link to Grove Agency’s web-based booking calendar so that you can select an appointment time that works best with your schedule to speak 1 x 1 with one of Grove Agency’s Professional Benefits Counselors who will guide you through each step of the enrollment process. While optional, we would prefer, and strongly encourage, you to complete your benefits enrollment session with a Benefits Counselor.
A virtual group presentation will be held on Thursday Oct. 27th at 4:15 pm. A recording of this call will be made available for those who cannot join during the live meeting.
What to expect during your 1x1 Enrollment Session
The Benefits Counselor will verify that all personal information including names, dates of birth, social security numbers and addresses for you and your family are correct, confirm/update beneficiary information, review our entire benefits package with you, answer any questions that you may have about the benefits offered this year and capture your enrollment elections/declinations in BenefitBridge.
