To ensure high quality education, the district maintains professional, prudent and conservative financial management. To do this Business Services works to develop and administer the formal budget planning and monitoring process and to present recommendations to the superintendent and the School Board for the efficient allocation of district resources. The budget process provides the framework for all financial decision-making in the district.
Financial management of the district, including budget development, accounting and purchasing, is done through Business Services. The accounting office works with accounts payable and receivable, investments and financial reports.
